3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use Gramnest. By creating an account, you represent that you have the authority and legal capacity to enter into this agreement and use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create a Gramnest account using your valid email or authorized social login (such as Google or Meta). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

• Do not share your login credentials with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.
• Gramnest reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Gramnest ethically and lawfully. You must not:

• Use Gramnest for spamming, unauthorized promotions, or automation that violates Instagram’s policies.
• Upload, post, or share any harmful, illegal, or copyrighted materials.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify Gramnest’s source code or design.
• Interfere with the platform’s functionality, servers, or security systems.

6. Service Features

Gramnest provides automation features such as:

• Post scheduling and auto-publishing via official APIs.
• AI-generated captions and hashtag recommendations.
• Analytics dashboard for engagement and performance tracking.
• Cloud-based media library and post planner.

We may update, modify, or discontinue certain features to improve performance or comply with external APIs (such as Meta’s or Instagram’s).

7. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of Gramnest are available under paid plans (“Subscriptions”). By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the selected plan.
• All fees are billed in INR or USD and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.

You can manage or cancel your plan anytime through your account settings. Pricing details are available on our official website and may vary by region or promotional offer.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, design elements, and branding on Gramnest are owned by Flyboost Media and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without written consent.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Gramnest integrates with platforms such as Instagram, Google Drive, Canva, and Dropbox. These integrations are subject to each service’s terms of use. Gramnest is not responsible for third-party API changes, outages, or data handling outside our control.

10. Data Privacy & Security

We value your privacy. All user data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. We use encryption and secure connections to protect your data. You are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and following safe online practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

Gramnest and Flyboost Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

12. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity. Upon termination, you lose access to all stored content and data within the platform.

13. Modifications to Terms

Flyboost Media may update these Terms periodically to reflect new laws, features, or policies. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of Gramnest after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
